EVENT LOGISTICS

HOW DO I BOOK A DEMONSTRATION?

Contact Renegade Flight as early as possible with your event date, location, schedule, and desired performance. Lead time is important for site evaluation, aircraft coordination, insurance, and any required FAA authorization.

WHAT ARE THE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS?

Insurance requirements vary by event and venue. Renegade Flight can coordinate appropriate demonstration-jump liability coverage and provide required documentation to event organizers and venue representatives.

WHAT ARE LANDING AREA REQUIREMENTS?

Landing-area requirements depend on the size and configuration of the site, spectator locations, obstacles, and the type of demonstration being performed. Renegade Flight evaluates each proposed landing area individually and coordinates the appropriate FAA demonstration classification and safety requirements.

DO WE NEED FAA COORDINATION?

Most demonstration jumps require advance coordination with the FAA and local air traffic facilities, depending on the event, airspace, and landing area. Renegade Flight handles the applicable authorization process and operational coordination required for the demonstration.

WHAT ARE THE WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS?

Weather is evaluated continuously leading up to and during the event. Wind, cloud conditions, visibility, turbulence, and site-specific factors are considered before any jump, with the final decision based on safety and the conditions at the time of the demonstration.
